We provide a first class claims service following the initial reporting of a claim direct to an insurer by our policyholder, and aim to remain "hands on" at all times so that any issues raised can be dealt with on your behalf by ourselves. We never "wash our hands" of our responsibilities to our customers as we believe providing a quality claims service is an essential part of a brokers service to their clients.
